Non PSV items cannot be returned. This includes products purchased using PURELYTM Cash, Host Rewards, BOGO or other incentives.
Customers returning product to a Consultant from a cash-and-carry purchase will follow the same return policy. The Consultant is responsible for returning the product to the company within 7 days of receiving product.
Our diffuser is covered under a limited warranty for the first year.
If for any reason you experience operating issues with your diffuser, you must contact customer service at 844.5PURELY to cover common trouble shooting questions. Then should your diffuser be deemed defective by a customer service professional, they will inform you of the necessary steps in handling the replacement of your unit.
Within 60 days of purchase we will cover the cost of shipping and replacement of the diffuser. After such time within the first year, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective diffuser.
If the diffuser operates properly but you are unhappy with it, you will be responsible for the return shipping of the diffuser. Upon receipt of the diffuser, we will issue product credit for 90% of the purchase price and applicable taxes less original shipping.
Our diffuser jewelry is covered under a limited warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. Within 30 days of the date of purchase, the clasp and hinge will be replaced if it is deemed defective. The customer is responsible for the return shipping to repair the defective item. This 30 day limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or if the metal patinas. We recommend following the instructions on how to properly clean and store your diffuser jewelry.
Unopened Product: We will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes paid (minus shipping and 10% processing fee) to the form of payment processed or 100% product credit (minus shipping).
Open Product: Product credit of 90% of the purchase price and applicable taxes paid (minus shipping) will be issued.
Unopened Product: Product credit of purchase price and applicable tax paid (minus shipping and 10% processing fee) will be issued.
Opened Product: NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED ON OPEN PRODUCT AFTER 30 DAYS.
