Our Return Policy

Within 30 Days of Purchase

Unopened Product: We will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes paid - minus shipping costs and a 10% processing fee - to the original form of payment processed.

We will issue product credit equal to 100% of the purchase price and applicable taxes paid - minus shipping costs.

Opened Product: We will issue product credit equal to 90% of the purchase price and applicable taxes paid - minus shipping costs.

Within 31-60 Days of Purchase:

Unopened Product: We will issue product credit equal to 90% of the purchase price and applicable taxes paid - minus shipping costs.

Opened Product: No refunds or credits will be issued on open product after thirty (30) days.

Please Note:

Certain products (ultrasonic diffusers, diffusing jewelry, etc.) have their own limited warranties which are included in product packaging and supersede this general return policy.

Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of receiving packages. These orders will not be subject to fees.

Non PV items cannot be returned. This includes products purchased using PURELY™ Cash, Host Rewards, BOGO offers or other incentives.

All orders, including cash-and-carry purchases, will follow this same return policy. Customers are responsible for returning product to the Advisor who is responsible for returning the product to the company within 7 days of receiving product.

Limited Warranty on Ultrasonic Diffusers

Our diffuser is covered under a limited warranty for the first year.

If for any reason you experience operating issues with your diffuser, you must contact customer service at 844.5PURELY to cover common trouble shooting questions. Then should your diffuser be deemed defective by a customer service professional, they will inform you of the necessary steps in handling the replacement of your unit.

Within 60 days of purchase we will cover the cost of shipping and replacement of the diffuser. After such time within the first year, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective diffuser.

If the diffuser operates properly but you are unhappy with it, you will be responsible for the return shipping of the diffuser. Upon receipt of the diffuser, we will issue product credit for 90% of the purchase price and applicable taxes less original shipping.

Limited Warranty on Diffuser Jewelry

Our diffuser jewelry is covered under a limited warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. Within 30 days of the date of purchase, the clasp and hinge will be replaced if it is deemed defective. The customer is responsible for the return shipping to repair the defective item. This 30 day limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or if the metal patinas. We recommend following the instructions on how to properly clean and store your diffuser jewelry.
